Purpose of the Admin support role:
The purpose of the role is to ensure administrative tasks are completed thoroughly and manage a number of client caseloads. This will suit an individual who has a keen interest in the insolvency sector.
Main duties and responsibilities of Admin support:
Manage client caseloadsContact directors to and gather informationIssue formal letters and signed notices to directors and shareholders before the Liquidation date.Issue creditors pack before the Liquidation date.Issue formal letters to shareholders and creditors after the Liquidation date.Submit populated Bonding report, c.c. IP(s) into email.Request copy bank statements for the two years prior to the date of Liquidation.Log creditor claims and acknowledge receipt.Issue progress reports to creditors and shareholders - ideally just a final report and no annuals.Experience/knowledge requirements for the Admin support
