The role
We are currently looking for a Admin Support Officer for a role in Havering. The Admin Support Officer will provide effective and responsive administrative support for allocated operational activity in a robust, timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
The role will involve the following on a regular basis:
o Face to face and telephone contact with the public
o Facilitating meetings as required
o Assisting with monitoring team plans
o Assisting the team leader with monitoring to ensure compliance with team targets and standards
o Updating records, costs and details into databases
