In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the efficient functioning of our company by providing essential support to our managers.
Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing email responses.
- Populating and circulating internal company reports/updates.
- Liaising with suppliers to place orders, including but not limited to ordering office supplies, eg: managing office water supply.
- Database administration.
- Chasing timesheets for interim workers.
- Logging Database support tickets on behalf of the team.
- Setting up new starter packs for new employees.
- Ad-hoc duties/tasks, such as updating holiday requests, liaising with IT support, and managing IT log tickets.
- Database Maintenance.
- Booking travel and events, including Quarterly incentives, the Xmas Party, and Annual Trips.
