Administration and Operations Assistant

Join Absolute Recruit, an innovative and dynamic recruitment firm dedicated to attracting top talent for our clients' Finance and Tech departments. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Administration and Operations Assistant.

In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the efficient functioning of our company by providing essential support to our managers.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Managing email responses.
• Populating and circulating internal company reports/updates.
• Liaising with suppliers to place orders, including but not limited to ordering office supplies, eg: managing office water supply.
• Database administration.
• Chasing timesheets for interim workers.
• Logging Database support tickets on behalf of the team.
• Setting up new starter packs for new employees.
• Ad-hoc duties/tasks, such as updating holiday requests, liaising with IT support, and managing IT log tickets.
• Database Maintenance.
• Booking travel and events, including Quarterly incentives, the Xmas Party, and Annual Trips.
