Job Title:Operations Administrator
Salary: Circa £28,000
Location: St Albans
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm

SKILLS REQUIRED
·Proven experience in a similar role.
·Highly organised and great attention to detail.
·Excellent communication skills
·Works well in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Working alongside the Operations Manager and assisting with daily tasks.
·Printing off despatch notes, creating and preparing run lists.
·Preparing documentation for the team to use for product deliveries.
·Booking parking for the team ahead of site visits.
·Updating status of jobs on Sage once complete.
·Checking despatch notes and ensuring return notes are completed.
·Reporting any faults on the systems.
·Labelling products ready for delivery.
·Ordering in supplies, equipment and cleaning products.
·Fleet management, checking MOTs, services and mileage stats etc.
