Job specification:
- Working under the Office Manager helping them completed daily tasks
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage and organize office documents and files
- Assist with general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Provide administrative support to predominantly the Office Manager but also the team as needed
Person specification:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in data entry and office management tasks
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Word, Excel) for document management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
