Full training will be given on all of these tasks and on-going support from the admin teamHours 8.30 am to 5.00 pm 8.00 am to 4.30 pm alternate weeks - 1 hour lunch break This is a multi-tasking role. Main Duties: Phone and email communicationOrdering stationeryGeneral filingPlacing purchase orders with sub-contractors and suppliersDaily input of all works onto IBMS (inhouse) systemAssisting in compiling monthly/quarterly contract reportsUpdate of clients' databaseFiltering all helpdesk emails to appropriate contracts administratorsProcessing engineers' timesheets
