Working out of their new office within Glasgow, you will be a key team player as part of a small team, working alongside a highly experienced personal assistant, and a number of other young talented individuals across the organisation. Our client had one restaurant in 2017, as of July 2023 they now have 16 restaurants in 4 separate countries! This is a great time to join the business as they implement these plans, continuing to expand into 2023 and beyond.
The organisation are no strangers to all thing’s apprentices, as proven in the past, they have a rich history of developing apprentices with QA and progressing them within their professional career.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing multiple email inboxes
- Taking notes at meetings and chasing individuals up on actions points and reports
- Setting reminders for meetings and events
- Liaising with different departments
- Keeping on top of any necessary documents and other related office duties
- To provide organised, efficient admin support such as general diary management, preparation of documents, reports and presentations
- Preparing of documents internally and externally using Google drive
- Assisting other team members with project management
- Booking travel arrangements
- Assisting four members of the c-suite team
Desirable skills:
- Good foundation knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong keyboard skills
- Computer literate
- Good team player
What do they need from you?
- Be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate organisational and follow up skills
- Development towards effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks is also essential
- Be able to follow instructions
Working week:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary:
£11,000 - £15,579 per annum (depending on age)

Future prospects:
You will complete your apprenticeship with QA on your first year at the company. There will be opportunities to gain a full-time role and become a valued member of the team. There will be salary reviews and lots more responsibility for the successful candidate to gain over time with an employer who will develop them in to a professional in this field, through on the job and related training courses.
