We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent individual to assist our Training Services and Events Team.
The successful applicant will provide practical support in arranging, promoting and managing our training courses and events, both online and in person.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training courses, both online and in person.
- Arrange speaker bookings.
- Assist with advertising training courses, using various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Assist in organising and coordinating all aspects of training events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual set-up.
- Manage participant registrations, handle enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate participant records, generate reports, and analyse course feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments in professional training, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
- Proximity to London for in-person meetings and events is essential. Complying with a hybrid working model.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques is a plus.
- A positive attitude, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
