Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality operational administrative support for the team.
- Responsible for accurate data input and maintenance of records
- Support the maintenance of database and prepare and collate reports for managers as required.
- Act as the first line of response to incoming telephone calls, emails, and written communications, logging as necessary. Serve as a receptionist to all frontline service staff (approximately 130 employees).
- Be the primary point of contact for staff and customers regarding any problems that may arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar setting.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and record maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
