We are looking for a reliable, organised, and trustworthy individual with excellent attention to detail to join us as an Administrative Executive to provide exceptional administration support for the customer service and logistical team and to support the company's back office to ensure the operation runs effectively and efficiently. As a relatively small company enjoying sustained expansion, we're looking for a team player who isn't afraid to get their sleeves rolled up and carry out any administrative task required.
The primary responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide daily administrative support to the Operations Manager and team.
- Manage incoming calls by screening and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive initial impression.
- Direct client inquiries efficiently to the relevant team member.
- Support the processing of transactions, from payment through to delivery and client aftercare.
- Coordinate the booking of meetings and manage the logistics for company events.
- Undertake data entry and provide clerical support for operations and projects.
- Assist the wider team as necessary.
- Handle printing, paperwork and filing tasks.
- Maintain the office facilities, including ordering supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
