Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Mayfair, London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30

Salary: £Highly Competitive

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant for our London office, focusing on Reception, office & facilities and general administration duties. This 100% office-based role in Mayfair’s Berkeley Square offers excellent amenities including a vibrant city lifestyle, and a fantastic team. Your varied daily responsibilities involve:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Making refreshments.
  • Data entry.
  • Scanning and filing of documents.
  • Processing stationary orders.
  • Lunch orders.
  • Photocopying amongst other admin and office duties and responsibilities.
  • As with any role, the duties may evolve as the role progresses.

Information may be required from various sources to complete client files, including telephone enquiries, therefore it is essential that you’ll be confident in dealing with people of all levels and be confident in your approach.

About you
You’ll be confident in communicating with more senior members of staff and not be afraid to ask questions to assist in your progression.  You will also have/be:

  • Accurate keyboard skills, both written and numerical.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
  • Excellent work ethics and eagerness to learn.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at different levels.
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Have an organised approach to your work and ideally have experience in working to strict deadlines.
