Responsibilities
• Undertaking all duties from referral to first appointment• Booking appointments using RIO• Answering the phone to service users• Monitoring and managing the waiting list• Liaising with clinical teams• Coordinating activities for efficient and confidential service• Providing reception and telephone service• Communicating and dealing with people• Providing administrative support• Ensuring continuity of quality service provision
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years administration and clerical experience• Qualification in English, Maths, and Word Processing• Excellent computer skills• Experience in previous administration role• Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills• Ability to work both in a team and independently• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
