Job Introduction
At Vita Health Group we have an exciting opportunity to join our NHS Talking Therapies Service as an Administration Team Lead.
You will provide support and expert knowledge to the administrators in the NHS Talking Therapies Administration Team. You’ll oversee all performance management of the team to enable a high quality, effective patient-focused service to be delivered, utilising standard operating procedures to ensure achievement of KPIs.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask in a very busy environment and priortise and manage workloads using own initiative. This role will be based 2 days in either of the listed offices and 3 days working from home.

Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Previous admin management experience
- Leadership and good decision making skills.
- Experience of working with and dealing with the public.
- Experience of motivating a team to regularly achieve business KPI’s and rewarding as appropriate.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Providing support to senior admins in conducting audits to ensure meeting of KPIs.
- A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can lead by example.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Flexibility in working hours as per the needs of the business,
- Excellent time management skills.
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required.
Desirable:
- Previous experience working with IAPTus systems
- NHS Pathway and processes experience
