Southway Housing Trust is a community-based housing organisation committed to providing high quality services to the people and neighbourhoods that we work in. We are a "not-for-profit" landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester and partway through a programme of creating 800 new homes.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Assets Department for an Administrative Apprentice. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the candidate will work alongside our existing Assets Team gaining knowledge and experience in administrative processing by assisting with the Trust's ongoing sustainability and improvement schemes and subcontractor works.
We are looking for a motivated, flexible and resilient individual who is keen to learn and ready for a challenge. No prior building admin experience is necessary as we will provide comprehensive on the job training and development.
In addition to this we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, modern office and facilities, generous pension scheme and up to 30 days annual leave with the option to purchase an addition 5 days.
