Apprentice Administrator - 14606

Wykamol Group Ltd in Burnley are recruiting for an Apprentice Administrator. The syccessful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration qualification which will take approximately 18 months to complete.
Duties:
• Answering Calls
• Inputting orders on system.
• Solving issues for customers.
• Invoicing
• Credit notes for customers.
• Pricing Structures.
• Inputting paperwork onto systems and spreadsheets.
• Data input.
• Helping accounts. Purchase Ledger invoices, Sales Ledger money in.
Chasing debts.
Requirements:
• Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment, use of computers, Emails, Excel and happy to answer the phone with a good phone manner.
• Willingness to learn
• Friendly and approachable
Grades:
There are no formal qualifications required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
