Administration Assistant required in a small fast-paced office to cover general office duties, to include:
- Invoicing
- Filing
- Banking
- Data Entry
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- General office administration
Personal requirements/Experience:
- Strong understanding of IT Systems (MS Excel, Word etc)
- A good telephone manner is essential
- Experience preferable in Sage accounts 50, as well as general IT skills
- Experience of using CRM system beneficial
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team, as well as individually
Benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11-12 per hour, dependant on experience
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, to include 1 Saturday 8am-10am every third weekend
Holidays: 20 days, increasing to 23 days + bank holidays
