Team Jobs is looking for an administrator to perform a variety of admin functions to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Start available: 8th of January.
Work Type: Full time.
Pay Rate: £13 - £13.50 per hour- depends on experience.
Mon-Thu 8:00-4:45pm
Fri 8:00-12:30pm
As an administrator your main responsibilities will include:
Scheduling appointments and giving information to callers.
Liaising with supervisor and manager.
Composing memos, taking notes, researching, and creating presentations.
Generate reports, handling multiple projects, preparing and monitor invoices and expense reports.
Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
The main skills and requirements:
-able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area
-familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
-multitask and organisational skills
-able to work under general supervision
-provide excellent communication skills with supervisor or manager.
