Robust administration is the backbone of any organisation and within the Warwick Institute of Engagement (WIE) the role of Administrative Assistant is a key support function which enables the staff and students at Warwick to engage with the public and wider community.
Reporting to the Administrator, the role acts as the first point of contact for enquiries, it supports the effective administration of the Institute’s funds and grants schemes, as well as the WIE Fellowship and Learning Circles.
The role also supports engagement with our audience through effective administration of our CRM system, website updates, drafting of emails and newsletters and occasional social media posts.
The Administrative Assistant provides general secretarial and office support to enable the smooth running of the Institute as well as supporting the efficient processing of expenses and invoices to enable the effective financial management of the Institute.
