The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the IGC as part of our PA/Administrative team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing professional administrative services across the IGC campus. The job is made up of a variety of responsibilities, all supporting the IGC Centre Administrators / Directors’ PAs.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and we are happy to accommodate working patterns between our core hours of Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30. This role will be predominantly campus based.
The successful applicant will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. They should be able to work on their own initiative as well as being an active team member. We are looking for someone enthusiastic who wants to learn and grow within our team. Full training will be provided.
