HR Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised HR Administration Assistant to join the HR team at an outstanding educational institution in Sheffield. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in HR processes within a regulated environment, and previous experience in a school setting would be advantageous.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurately receive, relay, and record information in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and procedures.
- Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations matters.
- Manage correspondence and communication with staff and external partners.
- Organise and maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Confident and professional manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- IT literacy, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with general HR administrative procedures.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
