We are looking to hire someone who is enthusiastic about customer service and has a strong academic background. In this role, you will help to process exam registrations and support adult learners with gaining the qualifications they need. You will need to be confident using a computer. Training will be provided on all relevant software. You need to be confident speaking on the phone, writing emails and have a professional manner in all the ways you communicate. You will be supporting learners with courses and exams that they really need. A large part of the role is telephone based, no sales but learner support over the phone is a key aspect of the job.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
