Our client is currently seeking a talented Part-Time Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant role:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Assist the business with copy typing responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with data entry tasks and document management.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant role:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
