The post is currently working Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays each month when you will take a day off in the week
Working 9:00am to 17:00pm 37 hours per week
Based at The Gatehouse Kedleston Road
Carelink is a 24-hour emergency TSA accredited monitoring and response service ensuring that vulnerable people have access to support at the end of the phone or at the touch of a button whenever they need it. We also offer a range of other technology to protect our service users in an emergency. This is your chance to work as part of a professional team dealing with a diverse customer base, including vulnerable and older adults.
As part of the Carelink team you will be required to
- Make installation appointments for the telecare installers
- Visit elderly and vulnerable customers in their own homes to collate personal data
- Collation and inputting of customer data into computerised systems.
The Admin Assistant would be required to have an understanding or skills in the following areas:
- Wide range of computer skills
- Microsoft office programmes including word and excel
- Telephone skills.
- Customer service skills.
- General office duties.
Due to visiting customers in their own homes a full and current driving licence is required and access to a vehicle at all time.
Mileage will be paid.
Business use insurance will be required to be in aplce at commencement fot he role
An enhanced adults DBS is required for this position
