A rapidly growing business which has been operating for over 6 years, working within the finance and customer service industry. Our aim is to liaise with our clients and identify their specific needs before tailoring options best suited to them.
We currently have ongoing business relationships with numerous qualified and regulated companies who are able to offer a wide range of products and services to our clients on referral. Our role is to fully identify understand the circumstances of our clients, which will enable us to place them with the business best suited to cater for their needs.

Job Description
Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Updating and monitoring reports for client cases we provide to partners;
- Maintaining relationships with our existing business partners.
Our business ethos is that with every interaction we have with our clients, they should be on track to being a stronger financial position.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration is preferred, but not essential;
- Professional and confident telephone manner;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Self-driven with a determination to succeed;
- Maintaining your pipeline of calls and updating the systems;
- Proficient in Excel;
- Adaptable to change within the business needs.
What you can expect

- Basic of up to £22k pro-rata, depending on experience;

You will receive full and ongoing training to perform the role effectively. The opportunity to grow within the business is available based on overall performance and this will be regularly reviewed every quarter.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £22,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
