The Role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administration assistant or customer service advisor who’s looking to join a supportive company who will help you progress in your career.
The Responsibilities:
· Checking and submitting of all relevant finance documents and additional supporting information required.
· Ensuring a timely and efficient handover to the Car Collection Team.
· Communication proactively with the Customer and Dealers to maintain excellent stakeholder service levels.
· Gather customer testimonials and photographs for every successful purchase.
· Support customers with any issues that may arise post purchase.
