Job description

An exciting opportunity awaits for an Administrative Assistant at a thriving and prestigious education consultancy. This role, based in London’s West End, involves a blend of personal assistant office management responsibilities, providing an exceptional opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career and build their experience up. The ideal candidate will be professionally presented, confident in client interactions, and adept at navigating a fast-paced and varied workload. They must also be hungry to learn and get involved in a variety of opportunities.

Job Details:

  • Booking lessons online as well as organising lesson schedules
  • Checking lesson clashes and organise reschedules
  • Reports to founder on un-completed homework and missing reports
  • Contacting parents to follow-up on schools they’ve applied to and reminding them to book exams
  • Onboarding new teachers/tutors In the absence of EA, attend client meetings, take notes and send summary email
  • Office management tasks – re-stocking printer, ordering supplies

Person:

  • Confident in dealing with UHNWI clients
  • Detail oriented and a natural solution seeker
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Degree education (Desirable)
  • Experience with CRM (Desirable)
  • Office experience (Desirable)
