Role: Administrative AssistantDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Fife Region, LevenLocation is flexible on the following locations: Fife, Edinburgh, Alloa.Willing to consider flexible working patternsThis role would be suitable for hybrid working with expectation of c.50% of time on site.Processing of requests to create, amend and maintain Purchase Orders on COUPALiaising with the market advisor for any purchase order queries or requests not in the administrator accessRunning SAP reports as requested by Project Engineers and to verify Internal Order transactionsDealing with queries received in the shared email address for the Hub Admin team or by direct emailDealing with action or escalation within PROMPT via admin accessWeekly Parked and Blocked file processingMonthly processing of Goods Received Not InvoicedMonthly updating of weekly safety statistics in preparation for Team Meeting using the safety stats databaseMaintaining shared files and updating proceduresSupporting asset capitalisation through the assets under constrution processGeneral administrative tasks to support CapEx projects teamSkills: Have the ability to work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problemsExcellent organisational skills for own work and to facilitate structure in the wider teamSelf starter who can proactively prioritise own workloadAre able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities.
