The Role
- Office based, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the team.
- Type dictation from audio transcription.
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and organising travel.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and databases.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Performing general administrative duties as needed
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft 365, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive
- Produce documents, maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, mailing lists and databases.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
Experience
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- A high degree of organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional demeanour and the ability to handle confidential information.
- A proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
