The post is based in the Guildhall but working from home and flexibility of hours is an integral part of the package. The post will become available at the beginning of April.
You will ensure the smooth day to day running of the Welsh Translation Unit through providing administrative support and financial monitoring.
Typically your duties will include, but will not be confined to, responding to emails, monitoring use of the service, raising and paying invoices and internal recharges, ordering supplies, processing staff absence returns and so on. You will have previous experience of office work and basic IT skills.
You do not need to be a Welsh language speaker to carry out your duties.
