Administrative Officer - Part Time - Belfast

We are currently recruiting for Part Time AO’s based in Belfast city centre.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Hours of work: 9am – 5pm Tuesday - Thursday ( 22 hours per week )

Rate of pay: £11.99

Duties:

* Scheduling (and re-scheduling as necessary) appointments for Enterprise Architects and Security specialist for workshops, Design reviews (2-4 per week), Design Authorisations (2-4 per week), and Risk Assessments (2-4 per week).

*Follow up with various contributors to ensure completion of documentation, minimum requirements and that all queries have been addressed prior to above appointments going ahead.

* Scheduling (and re-scheduling as necessary) bookings with the Contracted provider on behalf of various development teams for IT Health Checks to be carried out.

*Arranging feedback sessions for the relevant development team on their IT Health Check report as carried out by the Contracted provider.

*Scheduling regular team and branch meetings. Minute taking at various meetings as well as Board meetings as required. Sending reminders on actions to be fulfilled. Sharing papers and agenda for meetings.

* Management of shared email inbox

* Update of wiki pages (online team page for internal communications e.g. quarterly objectives and progress, etc.)

*Support on Intranet article writing on the accomplishments of teams as required.

- 5 GCSE's A-C to include Maths and English (You must be able to provide proof)
