School Admin Assistant

Redcar 

Full time 8am until 5:00pm 

Start date: ASAP 

Connex Education are delighted to be working with a secondary school based in Redcar who are looking to find a proactive and organised administrative assistant. This job will initially be on a temporary basis until July 2024 ; however we do have lots of opportunities for school admins to ensure you have ongoing work during term time. 

As an admin assistant you will ideally have prior experience working with SIMS and be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as….

• Answering phones
• Using the schools message system
• Booking in meetings/visitors
• Completing ID checks
• Printing reports
• Supporting with the school’s newsletter  
• General admin tasks (tracking absences, Photo copying etc)
