- Using Excel.
- Liaising with stakeholders by phone and email.
- Stock reconciliation.
- Using internal databases and ensuring they are kept up to date.
Personal Specification
- Ability to juggle various tasks with ease, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous admin/data entry experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Competent using Microsoft packages.
- Team player.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy in work.
