Our Construction Client is looking to recruit a Contract Administrator who will be based in their office in Potters Bar.
Department: Gas Servicing
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) Office Based
Job Responsibilties include:
- Dealing with any customer queries/complaints
- Filing, Scanning, Photocopying
- Booking appointments/meetings
- To manage engineers daily workload
- Dealing with challenging tenants
- Liaise to return of incorrect/damaged goods to suppliers
Applicants who are interested must have the following:
- Past experience as an Administrator (2+ years experience)
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Advanced customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Admin experience
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Computer skills
