Berry Recruitment is currently looking for an Administrator for one of our clients based in Sheffield. The contract will be initially for four months with the possibility of extension. This is full-time in office position located in Sheffield.
Hourly rate: £11.76 per hour.
Basic DBS is required.
The Administrator will be responsible for:
- Monitoring the mailbox, responding to any queries via telephone or email.
- Processing payments and escalating any queries to senior management.
- Liaising with internal and external clients, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Updating files and ensuring all records are up to date for the audit.
The Administrator will have:
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
- Ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
