Office Angels are supporting a leading Financial Services business who are seeking an Administrator to join their small, friendly team. If you are an experienced Administrator looking for your next challenge then this could be the ideal role for you
Role: Administrator
Location: Sheffield with on site parking
Salary & Benefits: Up to £28,000pa plus 25 days holiday + bank holiday, parking, company pension
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Duties:
- Answering the office phone, handling enquiries and taking messages
- Drafting documents
- Data inputting
- Supporting with contract renewals
- Filling and scanning
- General office admin support
Experience:
- Experience working within an Administrative role is essential for this role
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers and senior stakeholders
- Strong IT skills including the ability to use Ms Office and bespoke systems
