The role
We are looking for a temporary Administrator to start immediately to cover a period of maternity until April 2025 (and may lead to a permanent role), to join our small busy team at our Gateshead depot, reporting to the Office Supervisor.
You will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, stock management, inputting orders and handling accounts.
You will be required to work Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Essential requirements
- Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Training will be provided.
Qualifications
A relevant administration qualification would be beneficial.
Hours and salary
7.45am – 4.45pm (40 hours per week) an hour for lunch (unpaid) plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
£12.50 per hour plus 30 days holiday (including public holidays).
