Prestigious construction builder based in the Basingstoke are looking for a Joinery workshop administrator to join there already talented team.
Main duties:
- Document control
- Maintain accurate work logs of construction activities & job information sheets.
- Create project timelines, plan work schedules and create a budget.
- support with catering orders
- Taking Stock Sheets from WH2 and WH1 boards and updating the sheets into cutting lists for posting stock.
- Receiving deliveries of stock against purchase orders, and putting away / distributing stock
- Assisting with year-end stock take.
- Ensuring clients are greeted with drinks with a warm welcome.
- Food / stationary / cleaning items ,
- ordered in stock orders
Must haves:
- Previous knowledge or experience of working in the construction is a plus
- Excellent levels of literacy and numeracy
- Previous proven administration experience supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment
- Able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism when communicating with all colleagues and external contacts
- Excellent document control skills including electronic and paper filing, auditing, and archiving
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
- Able to adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Effective organisational skills
- Able to work with accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently with a can do attitude
- Flexible and willing to learn new processes and procedures
