Administrator, temporary to permanent position, full-time hours

Your new company
Hays are working on behalf of a waste management company to recruit an Administrator / weighbridge operator to join their team. This is a full-time position. Hours of work will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Your new role
As Administrator / Weighbridge operator you will work within a busy office. You will be responsible for operating a weighbridge using weighsoft computer package. Dispatching jobs via the weighsoft package. Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries. Invoicing using weighsoft and Sage packages. Cash handling. Reception and general administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
As Administrator / Weighbridge Operator, you must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail skills. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks in line with business demands. Essentially, you will have previous experience within a busy Administration role and have excellent customer service skills.
