We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized administrator to join the pensions team of a global and extremely well-respected company on an ongoing temporary basis.
The ideal candidate is confident and friendly with excellent communication and organizational skills who is happy to be in the office 5 days a week to support the team.
Duties include:
- First point of contact for all staff pension queries
- Ensuring SLA's are achieved in the resolution of queries and pension processes
- Processing of documentation for starters, leavers and retirement apps
- Day to day administrative tasks
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
