As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Ensure the Associations commercial clients are provided with excellent customer service and after-sales care
- Liaise with Design and Communications team on activities for individual client
- Liaise with Membership team about memberships included with Premium Partners/Partners/Supporter agreements
- Respond promptly to enquires from clients
- Research new clients and promote products and services
- Answer inbound calls or email enquiries promptly
- Input job descriptions correctly
- Process sales order into CRM system or necessary spreadsheet
- Upload online job adverts
- Source advertising and editorial content from clients
- Raise contracts and liaise with clients for signing
Person specification
· Computer literature with an understanding of Microsoft products
· Experience in a customer service facing role
· Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
· Administration experience
· Initiative and willing to learn
· Able to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments, members and suppliers
· Good organisational skills and attentional to detail
