Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Birmingham, B12

Job Type: Temporary (Full-time and Part-time positions available)

Duration: Until March 31st, 2024

• 2 Full-time Vacancies: 37 hours per week
• 1 Part-time Vacancy: 25 hours per week

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Salary: £11.00 per hour

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (On-site)

Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be at the heart of our clients' daily operations, providing essential support to ensure the efficient functioning of their office. Responsibilities include:

• General Administrative Support: Be the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• File Management: Maintain organized and accessible office files, documents, and records.
• Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Data Entry: Handle data entry tasks with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake various tasks assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience in an administrative capacity.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
• Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
• Must be able to start immediately.
