I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to join my client in Paisley, where you will work within a Care Charity Organisation, on a sickness cover lasting a duration of 2/3 weeks initially. This will be office based and there is parking available on-site.
You will be based in the office working part time 2/3 days per week, flexible between the days of Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm. The salary for this position is 10.90 per hour.
You will be responsible for:
- General admin support throughout the office
- Taking inbound calls regarding queries
- Email inbox management
- Have experience in a fast paced office this can range from dealing with recruitment queries, customer enquiries, incoming and outgoing mail
- Dealing with any invoices queries with any service enquiries and providing accurate information to the service managers
You must have an up to date Basic Disclosure , in order to be successful in this opportunity due to the nature of the business.
