Duties:
- Maintaining records and drawing registers
- Uploading latest documents and drawing.
- Opening and printing drawings to support the technical team
- Liaising with external clients
- Generate and chase as required technical queries as directed by internal engineering team
Experience
- Experience working as a Document Controller or similar within an engineering or construction environment is highly advantageous
- Experience in providing admin support to a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent user of MS Office
- Ability to multitask
