Seeking Experienced Administrators for Creative Industry Roles in London

The duration of reception roles can vary from day work up to 12 months.
Key Administrator Responsibilities:

• Manage correspondence efficiently by handling emails promptly
• Handle incoming phone calls and transfer them as needed
• Oversee the reception area, providing a welcoming environment for visitors
• Assist with purchase orders and invoicing tasks
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Coordinate meetings by scheduling appropriate times and booking meeting rooms
• Provide support to staff members with various workload and tasks

Experience with SAP, Zendesk, Salesforce, Navision, or similar platforms is desirable!
