SalaryWhat The Job Is:
Administrator required for the Information Governance department within Ards Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative process associated with the management of Information Governance incidents. We are looking for candidates that have experience handling confidential information and good telephone manner as you will be responsible for taking calls from the public. This position requires an immediate start and will be temporary ongoing for a minimum of 6 months with possible extension. This is a full time position with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour for 37.5hr per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm ( The client would be happy to allow the successful candidate to work 4 days per week).
What The Job Entails:
Arrange appointments/ meetings (including virtual) draft minute of meeting and undertake any follow ups
Regular liaison with external agencies
Ensure accurate recording of Data Access Agreements and Data Protection Impact Assessments
Deal with all relevant correspondence in line with departmental policy
Prepare papers in response to communications/enquiries
Handle telephone calls and emails in a professional manner
What We Need From You:
4 GCSE’s including Maths and English at C grade and above
Minimum of 2 years admin experience
