An award-winning and established manufacturing firm with over 40 years in business, passionate about their design and efficient service require a temporary Service Administrator to join their small service team ongoing for 6 months.
The role:
* Answering service calls and addressing client inquiries and via e-mail
* Providing accurate quotations and managing client accounts
* Raising client invoices, ensuring they are timely and accurate
* Handling client portals, invoicing, and parts tracking
* Scheduling and escalating issues as needed
* Collaborating with other departments as required
The ideal candidate:
* Self-starter, who can multi-task in an ever-changing environment
* Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
* Experience of working in a aftersales environment desirable not essential
* Enjoys working in a team
* Experienced in MS Office package, Word, Excel and Outlook
