On behalf of our client NI Medical and Dental training agency based in Newtownbreda, Belfast we are recruiting an Administrator. This role will start immediately and will be for a minimum of 6 months. The hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, and the rate of pay is £11.11 per hour.
The main duties for these posts will be - Handling incoming calls and emails, Updating records, preparing reports and documents, attending meetings and taking notes.
What We Need from You:
- 12 months experience in an administration role
- Strong computer and customer service skills
- Note taking experience
- The ability to work well with others in an office environment
