Allstaff Office Division are working with a key client based in Inchinnan who seek an Administrator with excellent communication skills.
Ideally, you will have customer/supplier interaction experience and have worked within a fast paced, manufacturing or industrial office role.
If you have any export experience this is a great advantage.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30-4pm
Key Responsibilities:
Export Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements, staying abreast of changes and updates in export laws.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and optimize the logistics of export shipments, including liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for international customers, providing shipping information, resolving shipment-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of export transactions, ensuring documentation is readily available for audits and reporting purposes.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or related roles.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and compliance matters
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with export documentation software.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
