Location: Stoney Stanton – Leicestershire

Salary: £23,400 - £26,500 (Dependent on Experience)

We are looking for someone with the right attitude, keen to learn and has great attention to detail. Position Details:

• Location: Office-based
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
• Breaks: Split lunch break (1 x 30 minutes) and two 15-minute breaks
• Team: Work alongside a team of 12 individuals, with the admin team comprising two members, including this role.
• Training Provided: We believe our systems are teachable, and we will support and guide you to become proficient in our systems. – If you have experience with any of the systems named below even better!

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Input daily vessel movements into SAP, create work orders within SAP FSM, and manage purchase orders and invoices within SAP Ariba.
• Communication: Collaborate with other departments regarding vessel requirements, schedule deliveries with the transport department, and respond to incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers.
• Reporting: Update Tank Availability Reports and Delivery Schedules to ensure accurate vessel requirements.
• Office Support: Monitor and order department stationery and PPE requirements and assist with general office duties.
