We are currently working on behalf of a well-established Roofing Company seeking an experienced Administrator based in their Enfield Office. In this role, you will collaborate with a small team of Administrators.
Please note this role is on a temp basis (minimum of 12 months).
Role Details:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Hourly Rate: £14.86 per hour (weekly pay through Umbrella)
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Scheduling:
- Efficiently book and plan jobs for roofing contractors.
- General Administration:
- Upload data onto the company system.
- Handle filing and scanning tasks.
- Communication:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Liaise with clients to ensure they are informed about updates.
- Social Housing Interaction:
- Deal with social housing tenants professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 years in the UK s administrative sector/Customer Service Sector.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Clean DBS: A clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) record.
